QUICK AND EASY – 25 minutes; makes 8 packets
canned or shredded chicken (1 large can or about 1 1/2 cups shredded)
cream cheese (8 oz. pkg)
2 TBSP milk
chopped green onions (opt.)
Mix together. Take 2 cans of refrigerated crescent rolls and press together two triangles to make a square. Fold over a mound of filling to make a “packet”. Brush with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs if desired. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
